STANDARD INTERIOR PROCESS
- Remove trash from vehicle
- Vacuum cabin, trunk, hatch, storage compartments
- Clean all interior surfaces including: panels, gauge clusters, cubby-holes, vents, weather stripping, etc.
- Clean, shampoo & deodorize carpets
- Clean and degrease synthetic rubber (vinyl or thermoplastic) floor mats/liners
- Odor neutralization (Steam/Ozone)

- Hand wash exterior
- Heavily soiled vehicles will require a pre-rinse/wash prior to detailing
- Decontaminate paint (removal of bonded contaminants such as road tar, tree sap, iron particles, brake/rail dust, industrial fallout)
- Clean/scrub tires and apply dressing
- Degrease wheels and wheel barrels
- Note: some wheel barrels may not be accessible for cleaning based on the style of the wheel and clearance between the rotors/brakes.

Paint Decontamination
Paint Decontamination
Obtain a buttery smooth service before applying paint protection.
- Strip wash - removal of all existing waxes and sealants. Required before applying ceramic coatings.
- Chemical decontamination - removal of iron particles, brake dust and industrial fallout embedded in paint.
- Mechanical decontamination - performed using detail clay to remove bonded contaminants from paint including bugs, overspray, sap, ash and road tar.

Every effort is made to conserve water and eliminate any chemical contamination into our storm drainage systems. All of our wash methods are in compliance with local watering restrictions and wastewater management bylaws to ensure phosphates and other chemicals do not contaminate our local rivers and streams.
Generally, all chemical residue is absorbed into the microfiber towels which are then machine washed. This process ensures any product contaminants and road toxins are neutralized through the wastewater treatment system.
